By hiring a sling from Wirral Sling Library you agree to our terms and conditions.
By hiring you are agreeing to the following:
I agree I will return by the date stated with all accessories and instructions (if given). If the sling is returned early, no credit or refund will be given for the unused time period. Please contact us for assistance, or to exchange your sling for another item.
If I cannot attend I will contact Wirral Sling Library before the return date.
I am aware that returns cannot be accepted at any of our venues outside of Wirral Sling Library attendance.
I am aware that sling hire extensions will not always be possible.
I will not wash the carrier unless I have asked for specific instructions from the sling library first.
I accept that I will be liable for replacement/cost of repair if I return carrier damaged or in a condition which means it is not hireable.
I accept I will return on due date, otherwise will be required to pay £1/day (max £5/ week) late fees.
I accept a charge of these late fees will be incurred on the payment card details stored via Stripe. The fees will only be charged after a grace period of eight days past the due date and after notice of the charge has been given. The charge will be incurred weekly up to 30 days at which point we will assume the carrier is lost/stolen and reported to the necessary authority.
If I fail to return a sling and after Wirral Sling Library has contacted me, I am aware my details may be passed to police/small claims court in the event the sling is not returned.
I will not smoke while using this carrier or near the carrier.
I will adhere to the instructions provided (electronically when checking out) at all times. All carriers are extremely safe when used properly, however misuse can cause injury to yourself or child. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the carrier correctly and that your baby is safe at all times.
The Wirral Sling Library cannot be held responsible for any accident that results in injury or death whilst the carrier is in your care.
All slings, carriers, instructions and accessories remain the property of Wirral Sling Library at all times.
All loans are subject to availability and our discretion.
If I cannot attend library drop in I will contact Wirral Sling Library for an alternative return method or return the carrier by fully tracked postage method (Special Delivery) to: Ruth Grint, 6 West Brow Gardens, Prenton CH43 7TF
